The GutCoach Nutrition Coach provides tailored nutrition guidance, educational tips, and feedback based on your inputs and goals. It is available 24 hours a day. The coach does not provide medical advice or emergency support.

You can access guides and information on topics such as fuelling for training, recovery, meal planning, and habit building.

Community Features

Join a growing community of people who train, eat, and grow together. Share experiences, stay motivated, and learn from others. Some features may be released gradually as the platform expands.

Subscription Services

GutCoach Nutrition offers a free plan with limited access and a premium subscription that unlocks unlimited messaging, advanced features, and priority support.

Service Availability

We aim to maintain a high level of uptime and reliability. Occasional maintenance or updates may cause temporary interruptions.

Service Updates

We regularly update features, security, and content. You will be notified of any significant changes.

Account and Registration

To use GutCoach Nutrition, you must create an account with accurate and current information, including a valid email address.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
